Titonka council approves gym door purchase, pickleball fee; personnel and tree-dump items handled

On administrative items, the personnel/hiring committee will review applications for City Clerk and contact applicants for interviews. The council discussed the tree dump and decided it will remain locked at this time, with a key sign out available at City Hall.
