Council members approved a purchase of a new door system for the fitness center from Ubiquiti at a price not to exceed $2,000 (motion by Mike Fredrickson, seconded by Sara Hamilton; 5 ayes, 0 nays). The council also voted to charge pickleball players $10.00 a month per person for gym usage (motion by Fredrickson, seconded by Katie Prothman; 5 ayes, 0 nays).
On administrative items, the personnel/hiring committee will review applications for City Clerk and contact applicants for interviews. The council discussed the tree dump and decided it will remain locked at this time, with a key sign out available at City Hall.
