Representatives from Plante Moran Realpoint (Wills) and TMP Architecture (Allevato and Weinrauch) presented the district’s final Capital Improvement Plan and a proposed 2026 bond program at the June 2 Board meeting.
The presentation outlined recommended facility improvements, preliminary results from a community survey, and project cost estimates. Trustees asked questions about scope and costs; staff said the bond planning process will continue with additional community engagement and next steps to be scheduled. The plan was informational at the June 2 meeting and will move forward for further consideration at the June 16, 2026 regular meeting.
The consultants framed the presentation as a step in planning; no bond question was placed on the ballot at the June 2 meeting. The Board later heard a draft resolution approving bond proposition language from district counsel for consideration on June 16.
