The Mendon Community School District Board voted June 22 to approve negotiated changes to the 2026-27 Master Agreement. Superintendent Leasa Griffith-Mathews told the board the Mendon Education Association had ratified the contract pending board action; the board approved the agreement on a motion by Jesse King with support from Jeremy Palmer, carried 6-0 with one absent.
Griffith-Mathews summarized the changes as adjustments to salaries, insurance provisions and contract language. The board also approved related personnel contract extensions on the consent agenda, including extensions for principals and the business manager that align with staffing continuity under the new agreement.
