How Forest Hills would use 31aa funds: staffing and one-time security projects discussed

He said one-time projects that could be funded immediately include response cards and door-access control systems, while staffing funded across fiscal years could extend the privilege-waiver window if the waiver remains tied to expenditure years.
Board members debated whether to prioritize maintaining these personnel roles or to spend a larger share on security hardening; some members noted those positions were already supporting students and that losing them could have immediate service impacts.
