Selectmen accept zoning report and minutes, enter and seal non-public session
Summary
At the July 27 meeting the Board unanimously accepted the Zoning Coordinator/Health Officer report and the July 13 minutes, later entered non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II(l) by roll call and voted to seal the non-public minutes after returning to public session.
Erin Meding moved to accept the Zoning Coordinator/Health Officer report; Don Hill seconded the motion and Erin, Don and Jen voted in favor. Don moved to accept the minutes of July 13, 2026 as amended; Erin seconded; Don, Erin and Jen voted in favor.
At 5:29 p.m. Erin moved to enter non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II (l); Don seconded and the Board voted by roll call — Erin voted aye, Don voted aye and Jen voted aye. At 6:00 p.m. Don moved to exit non-public session and later moved to seal the non-public minutes; Erin seconded and roll call votes were recorded in favor. The meeting adjourned at 6:01 p.m.
