Board says town responsible for stump removal in purchased cemetery plot

After discussion the Board decided the town is responsible for removing the stump within a plot and that written documentation of that responsibility should be provided.
Don Hill will request the Cemetery Committee draft a letter to the Board stating the committee's view on who is responsible for stump removal within plots and will speak with the committee at their next meeting. Gaherty asked for written documentation of the decision for his records.
