District delays Jan Nash Preserve project after $250,000 estimate; bond budget to guide next steps

Dr. Roberts said that after a bond meeting he recommends "that we not move forward with the project until the Bond Budget is complete, and that no other projects proceed." The board did not take further action on the item at the May 20 meeting and directed that bond budgeting be completed before committing funds or starting other projects.
The item will be considered further as the board completes the bond budget process in June 2026.
