An administration representative told the committee that "we did provide commentary to the bill sponsor regarding c b 62 proposed draft 2" and that the administration supports the Planning Board's rationale opposing Draft 2; she also said DPIE has technical enforcement commentary that will be provided by email. The motion to hold passed unanimously, 3–0; the clerk announced, "Motion carries 3 0." No substantive debate on the policy details occurred during this session; the committee will reconvene on Oct. 3 to review Draft 2.
