Arts & Heritage Commission seeks volunteers, recommends AI disclosure for submitted public art

The commission also presented a "soft recommendation" that any arts or graphics submitted to the city for public use include a disclosure if AI tools were used to create those materials, and that commissions should review AI use on a case-by-case basis.
Council thanked the commission for the update and encouraged efforts to increase community involvement and to return with more formal proposals if recommended.
