Staff noted wetlands limit the buildable area; the highway department emailed that there were no adverse county‑road impacts and the commission added that email to the file before voting to recommend approval.
All land‑use recommendations will be considered by the County Board; Engholm Acres and other items carry conditions noted in staff reports (for example, final plat submittal timed to quiet‑title resolution).
