Staff also noted a pending quiet‑title action that could affect a boundary on one lot; the commission added a condition that the final plat not be submitted until the title action is resolved. Pat Trottier said lot sizes would remain larger than ordinance minima and that road and lot specifications will follow county and township standards.
The commission voted to forward a recommendation of the land‑use map amendment and the preliminary plat to the County Board, with the added condition tying final plat submittal to resolution of the quiet‑title action. The County Board is scheduled to consider the matter on July 8.
