The Crow Wing County Board approved several subdivision plats during the May 27 meeting after staff and the Planning Commission recommended approval.
Chris, county staff, presented the Vineyard Estates request for parcels in Long Lake Township and said the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment held a public hearing May 15 and made a unanimous recommendation to approve the preliminary plat of 18 lots. The board voted to approve both the preliminary and final plats for Vineyard Estates following the recommendation.
The board also approved the preliminary and final plats for Havel Shores (three lots on Crooked Lake), Battle Point addition (three lots on Bay Lake), and the preliminary plat for Kimball Lake Bluffs after staff confirmed that all requirements had been met and highlighted prior variances where relevant. The approvals were recorded by voice vote with Commissioners moving and seconding the motions as listed in the meeting record.
