McLean public works reports completed water main work, lagoon testing and equipment repairs

Minutes state the Elm Street water main has been finished and a separate water service repair on South Hamilton Street was completed. The water plant is awaiting parts, including a low-voltage monitor, and lagoon sludge testing is in progress as part of a remediation program. The dump truck is reported fixed, and brush pickup service will continue on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.
President Biehl and trustees thanked individual staff for recent work, and Biehl said the village will pursue a park sign this month. Several operational items will require continued staff time for training and follow-up, particularly the lagoon remediation program noted in the minutes.
