The vote followed the district finance update through April showing expenditures at 84.5% of the budget for the 10 months through April, and revenues at 54.6% of budget for the same period. Board officials said the action was consistent with the board's responsibility to set compensation for non‑represented staff and to align personnel costs with the district budget. The board will incorporate the approved increases into payroll processing for FY26.
