Supervisor Clydus Gray told the McLeansboro Township Board on Dec. 10 that the township had received and deposited a third tax-levy check totaling $30,540.36, bringing tax receipts to $519,074.08 year to date.
The board reviewed the final 2024–2025 tax levy that had been approved at the November meeting. With no further changes required, members said the levy will be filed with the County Clerk this month as the next administrative step.
No additional motions or votes on the levy were recorded at the Dec. 10 meeting; the board treated the presentation as final review and administrative filing. The board did not record a revised levy amount at the meeting.
