Langley council adopts consent agenda, appoints Jeffrey Bell to Cemetery Board

At its Sept. 2 meeting the Langley City Council adopted the consent agenda unanimously, approving payroll and A/P vouchers totaling about $81,343.95 and appointing Jeffrey Bell to the Cemetery Board. The Langley City Council unanimously adopted the consent agenda on Sept. 2, approving payroll transactions and vouchers #45089–45093 in the amount of $66,348.37 and A/P transactions and vouchers #45094–45116 in the amount of $14,995.58. The consent agenda also included approval of commission meeting minutes and the appointment of Jeffrey Bell to the Cemetery Board.
Councilmember Harolynne Bobis moved to adopt the consent agenda; Councilmember Gail Fleming seconded. An edit to the public comments section of the Sept. 2 minutes was noted by Councilmember Rhonda Salerno before the motion passed unanimously. No separate roll‑call vote tally beyond "passed unanimously" was recorded in the minutes for this item.
