Trustee reports restaurant interest, vehicle staging site and other commercial projects coming to Lynwood

Trustee Randall K. Blakey told the Village of Lynwood Board the village is seeing private interest in multiple commercial projects, including a popular restaurant chain that has located property it is interested in and a vehicle staging station that is scheduled to close on Sept. 30.
Blakey said the Gas Mini Mart and an Equestrian Village are also moving forward and promised future updates. He acknowledged residents’ concerns about how the projects might affect property values and said he will host community dialogs to improve communication among residents. "Updated details will be forthcoming," the minutes record. The announcement was made during the board's Sept. 23 meeting.
