The Taloga Board voted unanimously to approve a $1,500 retention bonus for all returning staff for the 2026–2027 school year.
Board member Ladeana Birney moved the measure and trustees recorded a unanimous vote (Acre, Birney, Fox and Kilmer) in favor. At the same time the board approved 2026–2027 pay schedules for certified and support staff, extra duty pay, and set pay dates for the coming year. These compensation-related approvals were bundled and passed in open session.
