Board recognizes Paraprofessional and Teachers of the Year
Summary
Byram Lakes School and Byram Intermediate School staff were honored: Pamela Ruocco was named Paraprofessional of the Year; Rebecca Dann and Karen Bott-Kelly were named Teachers of the Year; Amy Stevens was recognized as Sussex County Teacher of the Year.
The board opened the meeting by recognizing staff achievements across the district. Pamela Ruocco was honored as Byram Lakes Elementary School Paraprofessional of the Year; Rebecca Dann was named Byram Intermediate School Teacher of the Year; Karen Bott-Kelly was named Byram Lakes Elementary School Teacher of the Year; and Amy Stevens was recognized as the Sussex County Teacher of the Year.
Board Vice President Mrs. Kristy McFarlane and colleagues acknowledged the recipients during the presentation portion of the agenda and thanked staff for their contributions to students and school programs.
