Superintendent institutes index-card process for public questions, rejects claims of alignment with Andover

"Index cards will be available for attendees who have questions," Dr. Ceresnak said, explaining the change is intended to ensure questions are answered accurately and through the appropriate staff channels. He also addressed recent public speculation that the district was aligning procedures with Andover or pursuing shared-services arrangements, stating, "To be clear, any assertions suggesting otherwise are simply incorrect and do not reflect the facts." The superintendent said no shared-services agreement with Andover has been approved and that any future arrangement would require Board approval.
The board will post established communication protocols on the district website and encouraged residents to use the appropriate staff channels for questions that can be resolved outside the public-comment process.
