Board members asked operational questions about contact data, work hours and monitoring outcomes. Secretary Benavides emphasized the district must supply accurate contact information for outreach to work; Noor said the platform flags missing contacts and surfaces hygiene issues. Chair noted the position had been funded at the May 6 budget hearing and that the board would wait for a formal MOU before approving the partnership.
No formal vote was taken; Noor said she would work with the principal and district staff to refine MOU language for a future meeting.
