Vashon council selects broad 'federal support' question for Sept. 24 legislator forum; community solar is runner-up

The Vashon-Maury Community Council on a motion of the floor adopted a prioritized question for a Sept. 24 community forum with 34th District legislators: a broad “umbrella” question asking what the state is doing to replace withdrawn federal funds and to protect vulnerable residents.
