Resident says developer failed to disclose swale on Cori Drive lot; solicitor calls it a private dispute

Resident Joseph Centofanti addressed the Board about problems with his purchased lot at 240 Cori Drive, saying the sales representative did not disclose a swale on the property and that other purchasers (lots 16, 17 and 19) had similar concerns.
Solicitor Wendy McKenna said the issue appears to be a private dispute between purchaser and developer and not a township matter, and Mr. Stouch advised Mr. Centofanti to seek legal advice. Engineer Khal Hassan noted that the approved plan shows swales and seven retention basins across the project; the minutes record the Board did not take direct action beyond advising Mr. Centofanti on legal options.
