Township Manager Andrew Duncan told supervisors that the Liquid Fuels disbursement "keeps decreasing every year" and that backlog maintenance and repairs will catch up to the township if funding is not adjusted. Duncan and Assistant Manager David Thompson are preparing a color-coded paving map to identify immediate and long-term priorities.
The board discussed road funding as one element of the 2026 budget picture; while specific dollar requests were not adopted at the Nov. 13 meeting, staff were directed to produce materials to guide future budget decisions and capital-reserve considerations.
