Committee told gym floor should be accepted July 20; minor squeaks remain

Consultants said they repaired approximately six areas, repainted game lines and applied a new finish coat across the entire gym floor; a few locations still produce minor squeaks.
Joe Culotta recommended accepting the gym floor and starting the warranty period on July 20, 2026. Committee member Shannon Hughes-Brown asked to hear administration’s thoughts on gym acceptance before final sign-off. The committee did not take an immediate formal vote on gym acceptance during this meeting; consultants said they will follow up with administration.
