The Board voted to accept the offer and then passed Resolution No. 11172025-01 to authorize the Township Manager to sign the Notice of Acquisition, the offer to purchase and related just-compensation documents with PennDOT on behalf of the Board.
The action was taken by motion (mover: Josh Stouch; second: Don Bergstresser) and recorded as BergstresserAye, StouchAye, CarpenterAye. The resolution gives the manager delegated authority to complete the paperwork required for PennDOT to acquire the stated parcel of right-of-way.
