Lynwood board meets Dec. 16; no public comment, meeting lasts six minutes

Mayor Curry called the Village of Lynwood Board of Trustees to order at 10:15 a.m. on Dec. 16, 2025. Roll call recorded Trustees Eaves, Lilly, Dunlap, Blakey and Marshall as present and Trustee Hurt as absent. The minutes state: "No one present addressed the Board."
The board approved three items by roll call vote: Ordinance No. 25-42 (revision of various village fees), Ordinance No. 25-37 (levying taxes for the fiscal year May 1, 2025–April 30, 2026), and Resolution No. 25-43 (authorizing negotiation and execution for assignment of lease and easements for tax parcel 33-18-101-008-0000). Mayor Curry asked for a motion to adjourn; Trustee Dunlap moved and Trustee Lilly seconded. The meeting adjourned at 10:21 a.m. Minutes were signed/submitted by Karen Wingfield-Bond, Village Clerk.
