Second, Hurt presented a concept overview for a Youth Master Plan—a community-wide strategy to coordinate youth services, reduce fragmentation, and guide long-term resource allocation. He said a master plan would enhance youth engagement and help leadership better understand local youth needs.
Hurt offered to remain after the meeting to talk with interested residents and stakeholders about next steps.
