Councilmember Hitchcock moved to approve the calendar; Councilmember Turman seconded and the motion passed with Yates, Turman, Hitchcock, Mashburn and McGhehey voting aye.
Council discussed the Big Blue Bay filter purchase briefly (see separate article) but approved the underlying purchase authorization as part of the consent action.
