Mayor reports on SAF processing project and likely return of RCO grant for discovery park

The mayor further reported that the Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) grant intended to acquire property and cover engineering/building costs for a discovery park along the Sauk River east of Montague will most likely be returned because the property can no longer provide safe access to the river.
