The Fountain City Finance Committee approved the minutes of its July 31, 2024 meeting after a motion by Chris Williamson, seconded by Stephen Qualy; the minutes state simply "Motion carried." The committee also scheduled two additional meetings on Sept. 12 and Sept. 26, both at 5:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. by Barb Schmidtknecht and adjourned at 6:55 p.m. following a motion to adjourn by Chris Williamson, seconded by Stephen Qualy, recorded as carried. The minutes list attendance as Stephen Qualy, Chris Williamson, Barb Schmidtknecht, Ben Adank, and Marcia Drysdale. No roll-call vote tallies are included in the meeting record.
