Hunt described the higher-end option as scalable and recommended phasing to limit upfront costs; she said the larger Prairie Springs build-out could be in the $9'$10 million range for a more fully featured version. Commissioners debated moving the beer garden location, impacts on noise from ballfields, and tradeoffs between keeping the beer garden in its current corner versus relocating it to align with a performance plaza and community pavilion.
