Staff presented the bid amounts and noted annual costs for 2025: approximately $31,396 for the municipal building, $37,634 for the village hall and $45,177 for the police station (figures given in the staff report). The presenter also noted those totals do not include periodic tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor waxing and window washing, which are separately priced. “Cleaning Green Solutions LLC is a local business in operation since 1983 and has been providing cleaning services for the Village of Pleasant Prairie … since 2014,” the staff presenter said.
A board member moved to accept the staff recommendation that Cleaning Green Solutions be awarded the contract; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The contract will run for three years under the terms outlined in the staff memo.
