Council reviews Mesa parcel offer, potential lease of well pad and stalled townhome plans

On housing, the manager said the town purchased lots for a townhouse project but grant funding and builder commitments are not yet in place; members asked staff to recontact prior leads and to confirm what grant funds are available.
