Rob told the commission that the PUD ordinances will be amended from time to time as final plats are recorded and that certain conditional use sections will be removed and replaced with temporary use provisions for model homes and marketing centers.
A motion to approve the zoning map and text amendments for the developer's request was made and seconded; the chair called the vote and the motion passed. Staff noted one commissioner (name recorded during roll call) would not participate in this specific item, consistent with the recusal announced earlier in the meeting.
The zoning amendments will be incorporated into the final PUD ordinances and will be updated to reflect actual lot numbering as final plats are filed and recorded.
