The Selectboard reviewed a revised memorandum of understanding with the Windham Regional Commission (WRC) for project management services, described as commencing Dec. 12 with costs "not to exceed $20,000." The agreement provides that if the town votes not to accept the grant on Feb. 14, the town will cover Alyssa Sabetto’s work to date; if the grant is accepted, those costs will be paid by grant funds. Jim Linville said Alyssa would provide the final version for his signature, and the board voted to sign the agreement.
The board recorded unanimous approval for the signature motion. The WRC agreement establishes a short-term project-management arrangement and clarifies the funding responsibility depending on the board’s later grant decision.
