During its Feb. 3 meeting, the Weston Selectboard reviewed financial policies required for grant compliance and discussed remaining manual bookkeeping steps. Kim Seymour said she was comfortable moving forward with the current policy versions despite some unnumbered receipts and manual processes.
Jim Linville moved to approve and sign all grant-required forms and policies, naming documents including "Financial Policies (Accounting, Cash Handling, Credit Cards, Fund Balance and related reserve policies)," an Urgent Need Certification, Form MP-1, a Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Plan, and Form PM-4. The motion was seconded by Katie Fitzpatrick and the board recorded unanimous approval.
