The Selectboard identified possible presenters from the Planning Commission and the Weston Community Association but said it would seek a neutral presenter to provide an overview and answer factual questions. The board asked that a prepared, neutral script be developed for Maggie Foley to ensure consistency during public outreach and the Special Town Meeting. Voting on acceptance of the grant will occur at that Special Town Meeting.
