Treasurer Horning moved to approve Site Plan Application SP/PD #26‑003, described in the staff memorandum dated Feb. 17, 2026; Trustee Petrucci seconded. A roll call vote followed with Clerk Larry Ciofu, Treasurer Horning, Trustee Lubeski, Trustee McMullen, Trustee O'Connell, and Trustee Petrucci voting yea; Supervisor Fountain was absent. The motion passed 6–0 (Supervisor Fountain absent), approving the Final Planned Development Site Plan and associated resolution.
