"This year was actually our best year ever," Dr. Shealy said, noting an increase in both tests and students compared with pre-pandemic figures (1,684 exams by 727 students at an 88% pass rate previously). Administrators called the results evidence that more students are challenging themselves academically and said the district will continue to support advanced-course participation.
