“The important part for us is to get the feedback,” Turner said. Commissioners discussed postage costs (the current line shows $250 budgeted but actual mailing closer to $1,000), whether to address envelopes to “Occupant,” and printing/labeling support from town staff Jackie and the library. Rama Schneider suggested extra copies for the high‑school senior class to boost youth participation.
Members agreed the commission can cover the difference between the budgeted postage and estimated costs from existing programming funds. No formal vote reallocating funds was recorded in the minutes; the discussion resolved that staff would proceed with printing, stuffing and distribution logistics.
