Director Wallin moved to authorize the clerk to enter the contract; the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor. Staff noted the district posted a notice in the trade journal and received one vendor inquiry that misinterpreted that notice as an invitation to bid; that vendor did not file a protest after clarification. The authorization allows the district to proceed with issuing the purchase order under the cooperative contract.
