Water director: mobile home park water work to begin Aug. 3; meters in place

At the Prudential Committee meeting July 15, Water Director Jeremy Currie reported that a pre-construction meeting for the mobile home park water project took place the day before and that the project has a planned start date of Aug. 3. "Yesterday there was a pre-construction meeting in regards to the mobile home park work with a planned start date of August 3rd," the minutes record.
Currie said materials will begin arriving soon and that construction crews will work from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. He said the meters for the project are already in. Committee member Wendy Smith said she will put notices in mailbox areas and include the information in her newsletter once the date is confirmed.
