The board’s packet included the procurement background: an open request for proposals issued after passage of the bond, three respondent firms, and unanimous ranking that placed Turner, Townsend & Keery first. Administration said additional staff will be onboarded to bridge work across the 2021 and 2025 bond programs.
The contract approval was recorded as a board action at the Contract Review Board portion of the meeting. Staff indicated any future contract renewals would be brought forward per the district’s purchasing thresholds and procedures.
