Officials say 1st Street is physically complete; RedTown work has punch-list items remaining

"1st Street is at physical completion," the Supervisor reported. Council members thanked staff and the police for coordination during work and praised the results. Councilor Julie Williams said the project "looks very, very good," and others noted the work will extend pavement life and convert long-gravel roads into true streets.
