Clerk-Treasurer Tina Davidson provided a routine administrative report at the May 11 meeting. She said a reserve officer would be off duty for personal reasons and that Monte from the police department was scheduled for WASPC training next week. Tina also told the council that the city held a free motorcycle test-riding event at CLG Park and plans to continue such training periodically to support rider education.
Tina said she will be on vacation from May 18–22, but will come in the afternoon of May 18 for the WCIA insurance audit; office staffer Dessa will close the office at 1:00 that day. She listed several upcoming deadlines: Training with Code Publishing on May 12; AWC 2025 Salary & Benefits Report due May 15; WCIA Board meeting on May 15; WCIA audit and annual review on May 18; Annual Report due May 30; Office of Defense Grant report due June 1; and finalizing a public records request by May 22. The minutes also record that Dallas Holland's dog will be turned over to the animal shelter on May 13 and that the National Honor Society will complete painting fences around town.
