Clerk-Treasurer Tina Davidson told the council the Department of Health has approved a $102,000 water loan for the city. According to the minutes, the loan carries a 10-year term, a 2% loan fee of $2,000 and a 0% interest rate.
Scott of Keller Engineering also reported that the firm assisted with submitting the loan application. Scott further told the council that Keller has completed the plan review for a short plat at 320 Harding, splitting a single lot into four lots.
Clerk Davidson indicated that final deliverables for the P.U.G. Periodic Update Grant — the Critical Area Ordinance update — are due in June 2027; the grant is a two-year project and the first-year deliverables are complete.
