The council voted 5–0 to approve Ordinance 2026-909, which amends Section 15.04.017 of the Asotin Municipal Code regarding grading plan check/review fees and permit table. Councilmembers David Weakland and Craig Stein recorded the motion and second for that item. The council also approved Ordinance 2026-910 to amend the 2026 budget and Ordinance 2026-911 to update rules for commercial solicitors and itinerant merchants; motions on those second readings likewise passed 5–0.
Council also approved Resolution 2026-767, adopting an amended Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2031. The public hearing on the transportation plan opened at 5:35 p.m. and closed at 5:37 p.m. with no public comments recorded.
