"Council Member Dustin Gettel MOVED to suspend the rules and set December 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM as the Deadline for Individuals to Submit Their Names for Consideration to Fill the Vacancy of the Office of the Mayor and that we Schedule a Council Meeting on December 10, 2024, at 6 PM at Midvale City Hall to Interview qualified Candidates and Appoint a Candidate to Fill the Vacant Office of Mayor," the minutes state.
The motion was seconded by Council Member Heidi Robinson and passed on a roll-call vote with the following tally: Bonnie Billings — Aye; Paul Glover — Aye; Heidi Robinson — Aye; Bryant Brown — Aye; Dustin Gettel — Aye. The minutes record the meeting adjourned at 5:32 p.m.
