Students tell board 'belonging' matters as district launches Teaching Minds segment

A Lake Ridge Middle student recounted presenting a slideshow on bullying and said the experience changed how he thinks about his behavior and outreach. Superintendent Doctor Shealy and board members praised the student remarks and framed the segment as a way to center student voices in district planning.
